I've spent about 150 workdays developing the tools, frameworks and roadmap that I use to help scale-up leaders develop their organization more successfully and rapidly. It's the core IP that I use with clients.
These tools and frameworks work. The approach is based on a decade of research and I have field-tested it with dozens of entrepreneurs, leading to strong outcomes in 3 areas:

But here’s the thing: the world is facing too many pressing issues for this knowledge to remain behind a lock – even if that's the conventional way to deal with IP.
Impact-driven entrepreneurs deserve all the support they can get.
That’s why I’ve decided to share my entire methodology, library, and roadmap for free – with those leaders who are genuinely committed to making a positive contribution and who prioritize purpose over profit.

About the CEO Playbook
The CEO Playbook is a a library of tools, templates and practices that helps start-ups and scale-ups with 10-300 people create a thriving team.
It includes mental models that change how you see an organization, but also tons of practical procedures, meeting formats and other tools. It covers the “soft” side of culture, trust, open communication, and the “hard” side of structure and procedures. It covers strategic areas such as vision and goals, and operational areas such as coordination and decision making processes.

The Roadmap that you can explore below is built in Notion, just like all the resources it links to. Once you share your email address with me, you’ll get your own copy of the Roadmap that you can play around with (no further marketing emails, promise!)
Important guidelines:
The column “Resources” is blank until you have access. The links to the actual templates and practices then become visible.
To reduce complexity, focus on just the Essential tab, starting with 0. Foundations and then proceed to the area that’s most relevant for you.
This is not a one-size-fits-all and you don’t need everything. Choose and adapt practices taking into account your specific context.
PS: The CEO Playbook was originally written for clients and complemented with my guidance. I admit that it may not be the most user-friendly DIY course. ;-) If you have practical ideas on how to improve on this with minimal effort, I’d love to hear them! (Haven’t found a decent AI solution yet.)
